Notice of AGM Letters & Ballot Paper Collection Box Locations

The Auckland Trotting Club Inc. Notice of AGM letters are on their way to members along with Ballot Papers, Board Nominee Candidate Statements, Freepost Return envelopes and the ATC 2022 Annual Reports.

The club also wishes to advise members that ballot papers must be received at the club’s office no later than 5.00pm on Tuesday 25th October 2022.

There are two ballot paper collection boxes located onsite at the reception counter within the ATC Admin Office and also on The Alex Bar & Eatery bar counter nearest to the main entrance (see images below). Please note that access to the ATC Admin Office may be affected outside of race nights due to the construction of the new carparking area that is currently underway.
