Sean McCaffrey & Ross Paynter in with a good chance of season ending success this Friday night
The training partnership of Sean McCaffrey & Ross Paynter are a force to be reckoned with every time they step a horse out on the track. This Friday at The Park they have a small but strong team of two in and both of their charges look to have good chances, both coming off smart last start performances.
Here’s what training partner Sean had to say about his team’s chances.
Race 8 (7) Norvic Ruby – “We are expecting her to go really well in this, back in class and coming off a really strong performance for second last time out at Cambridge. She hit the line hard in that run and she seems to be back to the form which saw her win 2 really nice races here already this season. We are hoping there is a bit of speed on and if there is look out because she will go close to replicating those 2 wins here on the track when the speed was on and she stormed over the top of them late. She should go close to geting the money here and she rates as the best of our two on the night.”
Race 9 (1) Armabluechipboy – “He won really well last time out at Cambridge off what was a very disappointing first up run here at The Park when we were expecting a big run but we really couldn’t find any excuses why he went so poorly. He had been going huge at trials leading into his first up run at The Park and it was good to see him put it all together at Cambridge. He comes up with a good draw here and he will follow the speed and if he can be there on the turn and the run appears, then were are confident he can make the step up and go close again.”
