Our seven well-appointed rooms can be configured for anything from small-scale meetings through to large-scale seminars (for up to 1,000 attendees) complete with DVD players, TVs, projectors, PA systems and wireless broadband hotspots. Our Business Centre offers photocopying, fax and courier services, and we are also happy to arrange photography or filming.
Lyell Creek Lounge and Owners & trainers- level 1
This multi-functional room provides plenty of opportunity to create your own ambience. Relive the glamour of a golden age in this function room. The large windows and views of the track evoke Art Deco elegance while access to the grandstand seating can get you closer to the track.
Tasman Room- Level 1
Fantastic for large functions. The panoramic picture window wall offers a great vantage point on the winning post, for the ultimate Race Night excitement! Includes a new bar, lighting and AV technology to enhance the occasion. Have a barbeque and dine al fresco on the generous balcony.
The two kitchens and two bathrooms provide comfortable facilities for a large number of guests - if needed, the venue can be split into thirds to accomodate group numbers and event type.
Delightful Lady lounge- Level 2
A flexible, spacious room with its own foyer that can hold any event, function, seminar or conference. It also has a generous foyer area that is ideal for pre drinks, guest registrations or small tradeshows. A combination of high ceilings and abundant natural light make the "Lady' an elegant, gracious hostess for your event.
Rutherford Room - Level 2
The ideal room for any Corporate Function. For a truly prestigious venue, our Rutherford Room will make a professional impression. With its neutral decor, the room lends itself well to weddings, conferences, company functions and is easy to theme.

Top of the park - level 4
A panoramic view of the entire grounds is just one reason to hold your event at the Top of the Park. Located on the upper floor of the function centre, the venue includeds a spacios foyer and a built in dance floor. This versatile L-shaped configuration adapts easily to accomodate a number of uses and features.
