Our seven rooms hold from 50 to 1,000 guests for your private or corporate event. We can take care of all your audio-visual requirements, including DVD players, TV's, projectors, screens, PA systems, microphones and wireless broadband.
 
We’ll happily tailor a menu and beverage package to your needs, from morning and afternoon teas, sandwich selections and light lunches through to cocktail platters, sumptuous buffets and fantastic formal dinners.

School Balls and Gala Evenings

Host 100 to 1,000 guests in glittering style. You’ll have access to our extensive entertainment ‘black book’ of professional bands, DJ's, lights, AV equipment and more! 
A fantastic all-inclusive school ball package comes complete with: sumptuous buffet menu, soft drinks all evening, room and dance floor, DJ, security personnel, and plenty of free coach and car parking.

Cocktail Parties

We welcome you to use one of our eight rooms, or the stunning and prestigious outdoor lawn and garden areas (Auckland weather permitting).  The elegant Tasman Room offers delightful al fresco entertaining, with fabulous views over the raceway and surrounding trees.


Breakfast

We can host breakfasts for 30 - 500 people and offer the options of buffet or plated and continental or cooked.

 

Team Building

For smaller groups, we offer unique corporate team building. Corporate Racing – exclusive to Alexandra Park – teams guest drivers with professional harness racing drivers in a dual seat sulky, for fast and friendly competition.
